Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring services or deliveries based on the selected billing frequency.
Payment details are securely stored and will be automatically charged at each billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
Access to subscription management is provided via your order confirmation email or account portal.
Please note: Payments already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders apply to products or services that are not yet available at the time of purchase.
Khrus Studio may charge a deposit or store your payment method at checkout, with the remaining balance processed upon fulfillment.
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible. Any refund requests after fulfillment will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
