Cancellation Policy — KHRUS Studio

KHRUS Studio offers certain services on a subscription or recurring basis. These terms apply to all subscription and recurring purchases, including Website Care Plans.

Subscriptions
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the selected frequency. Your payment method is securely stored and charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until the subscription is properly cancelled under this policy.

No Refunds
All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation: the current billing period, any prepaid period, unused support hours, partially used hours, and periods in which no work was requested. Cancellation, unused capacity, delayed completion, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with prioritization does not entitle you to a refund, credit, chargeback, or prorated reimbursement.

Cancellation Notice (30 Days)
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to KHRUS Studio no less than thirty (30) days before the next billing date.

If notice is received within thirty (30) days of the upcoming billing date:

• cancellation will not take effect until after the following billing period; and
• the upcoming payment will still be charged as scheduled.

Cancellations do not create any right to a refund for any billing period already paid or charged. Access to the subscribed service remains available until the end of the paid period only.

How to Cancel
To cancel, email KHRUS Studio directly before the required notice period. Cancellation is not complete until KHRUS Studio confirms receipt in writing.

Service Timelines
Completion times vary depending on workload, request complexity, client response time, and third-party systems (including Shopify, apps, hosting, payment gateways, and domain providers). KHRUS Studio will use reasonable commercial efforts to complete approved work promptly. No specific turnaround time is guaranteed. Timeline variation does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or hour extensions.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not available. Any related request is subject to this Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy. Where those policies state that fees are non-refundable, no refund will be issued.

Studio Termination
KHRUS Studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate a subscription at its discretion, including for non-payment, misuse, scope disputes, or operational reasons. Except where required by applicable law, such termination does not obligate KHRUS Studio to issue a refund.
