Refund policy

Khrus Studio provides custom digital services. Due to the time, strategy, and resources involved in each project, all payments are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure project scheduling and allocation of resources. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In the event that a project is canceled prior to work beginning, a partial refund may be considered at Khrus Studio’s sole discretion.

Khrus Studio is committed to delivering the agreed scope of work. In place of refunds, reasonable revisions are provided as outlined within the project scope.


Scope of Services & Revisions

All services are delivered in accordance with the scope defined at the time of purchase or outlined in a written agreement.

Projects include a specified number of structured revision rounds. Clients are expected to provide consolidated feedback per round to ensure efficiency and clarity.

Any additional revisions, requests, or changes outside of the agreed scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.


Project Timelines

All timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, feedback cycles, and the timely delivery of required content and materials.

Khrus Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from client-side inactivity, incomplete information, or external dependencies.


Cancellations

Once a project has commenced, it may not be canceled or refunded.

Khrus Studio reserves the right to terminate a project at its discretion. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued based on the portion of work not yet completed.


Payment Terms

Full payment or an agreed deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Khrus Studio policies, terms, and conditions.
