Refund policy

Khrus Studio provides custom digital services. Due to the nature of creative and technical work, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your project scheduling and the allocation of dedicated studio resources.

Project Cancellations
If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at Khrus Studio's sole discretion. Once a project has commenced, it may not be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Revisions
In place of refunds, Khrus Studio provides structured revision rounds as outlined within the agreed project scope. Any revisions or changes requested outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timelines
All timelines are estimates and are subject to change based on client responsiveness, feedback cycles, and the timely delivery of required materials. Khrus Studio is not responsible for delays resulting from client-side inactivity or incomplete information.

Payment Terms
Full payment or an agreed deposit is required prior to the commencement of any work. By submitting payment, the client agrees to all Khrus Studio policies, terms, and conditions.
